RUN CLUB+®

Have you always dreamed of crossing the finish line of a race, but aren't sure where to start? Are you unsure of how to get back into running after having a baby? Our Run Club+ is a great way to start! It is intended for all levels of experience and speeds-everyone is welcome!

Each Run Club+ session provides the following:

  • A weekly training plan, that will periodize your training so you build up your mileage gradually
  • Informative talks on running related subjects, such as: proper form; hydration/fuel; shoes; stretching; injury prevention
  • A private, closed Facebook group for all participants
  • Choice of weekly Tuesday or Thursday Strides 360 speed + agility cross-training workout (60 mins. in length, held @ 9:15am in Land Park)
  • Weekly emails with education and motivation
  • Weekly check-ins from your coach
  • Weekly Sunday group runs

This program is designed for experienced and beginning runners. It's also stroller friendly! You can bring your stroller, significant other, or a friend (they can each enroll, too!)! Session dates are below-we start training for the 5K or 10K Shamrock on January 20 and would love to welcome you!
