Stroller Strides Classes: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 9:30 am

We meet on the grass across the street from the wading pool/enclosed play structure. Traveling North on Land Park Drive, turn left onto 14th Ave. (@ the 4-way stop) and vere right to the play structure (structure will be on your left). Please bring a sturdy stroller, water, a towel/yoga mat for ab work, and any comfort objects for your little one(s), should they become necessary.

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Strides 360®

Strides 360 promises a heart pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength, and round out your workout. Bring your kiddo(s) with you in the stroller or drop them off at school and come sweat with your mom friends...this class is stroller optional! Either way, this hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Body Boost®

Body Boost® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while focusing on your overall wellness and prioritizing self care.

Playgroup Experiences: Crafts, Music, Movement, and More!

Our Village-FIT4MOM Sacramento is another way to connect with moms in our area. You do not have to be a member and it's FREE to join in any activity! If you are looking for a playgroup for your little one(s), a fun night out with other moms, or an opportunity to do something for your community, we have what you are looking for.
